King Simba Safaris is a fast growing luxury Destination Management Company (DMC) in Kenya. It’s run by industry professionals born, bred and trained in the hospitality industry in Kenya – no one knows this land better!. Thirdly, small personalized operations ensures complete customer satisfaction thus guarantees repeat business and a strong brand. The Team
A team of experienced versatile professionals ensures prompt and detailed response to all enqueries. Our resolve is to turn-around all requests within 24 hours; not losing sight of the personal touch to all requests and providing as much information as need may be. Given our contact database & rapport built over the years with suppliers, we offer ‘value for money’ safari holiday products to our esteemed clients.
Transportation
All safari departures generally use Micro Buses or 4×4 Land Cruisers/Land Rovers and are driven by experienced driver/guides having certification from the Kenya Professional Safari Guides Association coupled with extensive knowledge of the regions, flora and fauna to cater for the different interests by our clients.
Light aircrafts are also popular in between parks and reserves. All micro buses and 4×4 vehicles have pop-up roofs or game viewing hatch roofs and are equipped with cool box and first aid kit. It is advisable to come on safari with soft sided duffel bags preferably not more than two.
Customer Care
Our trained and experienced multi-lingual staff is on hand at all times to meet and assist our clients. Our friendly, helpful staff will provide an informative briefing on the itinerary with background information and ready to answer all questions. Our emphasis is to make our clients feel at home; miles away from home. We keep tabs with the clients on safari to ensure all is ok. Customer feedback is a critical activity to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and our team of Customer Relations Executive ensure almost 90% collection of the customer feedback questionnaire. All collected feedback questionnaires are perused and responded by the Managing Director personally – also shared with the entire team.
